Our Process

The Tensile Fabric Structures ProcessBuilding tensile membrane structures is one of the cost-effective ways of creating a shade and roofing with full flexibility. Our tensile fabric team of engineers equipped with the highest fabric structure standards when it comes to precision construction works are here to serve you in building your fabric roof systems at your advantage.

TE Membrane (TEM) always undergoes deliberation process when planning, designing and building of tensile membrane structures. We want to make sure that we covered every detail to arrive with a solid design and build a top quality tensile structure roof.

The process starts with Design, Design and Design …..:Every successful project is a result of an effective timeline and budget planning. During the project kick-off, we establish the complete cycle of planning from tension membrane design, engineering, fabrication and installation. The project schedule is a vital element, to ensure that we cover all areas and expectations from start to finish. The details involving the design and calculation stage, have the membrane supplied expected timeframe, acquiring steel for structures and installation.

The process starts with a budget. Cost is also another important consideration. At the onset of project consultation, we will ask your requirements such as the design form and shape, fabric material selection, supporting structure, cables and accessories.

Once the tensioned fabric structure parameters are determined, a Tensile Fabric Structures project is created.

The very core of every project consisted of 4-5 processes

the below areas of tensile fabric structure complete cycle:

1

Design & Engineering

2

Fabric Fabrication

3

Steel Fabrication

4

Installation

5

Cleaning & Maintenance

We provide our clients, allied companies, distributors and agents with the confidence that comes from local associate over fifteen years of experience, and high profile successes, in design, engineering, fabrication & construction, with a specialization in tensile membrane structures. We are recognized leader in this highly specialized field.
